Basking Ridge Fall Festival 2019
Feel free to dress up in your costumed best. Try your hand at some Halloween-themed games for fun and prizes. Take a (slightly) spooky hayride. Meander around in circles mounted on a pony ride. And keep busy and engaged with fun Halloween-themed activities. Paint a pumpkin to take back home with you. When you get hungry, pick up something to eat at one of the food vendors on-site.
It costs nothing to park at or enter the festival. However, activities require tickets. Purchase a bundle of 12 for $10. Each additional ticket costs $1. Use these for hayrides, pony rides, and other fun activities at the stable. The weatherman predicts mostly sunny skies for Saturday. But, if it does rain, the festival will be moved to the following weekend (October 26th).
Field of Honor 2019
Beginning November 3rd, the City of Bernards Township plans on displaying American flags on the front lawn of the municipal building to honor those who fought for our country (both past and current). These will be on display through Veterans Day, November 11th. Want to honor a veteran? Submit their name before October 31st. Help support the Hope for Veterans program by donating $30 and adopt a flag today.
