In a market like this, you need a realtor like Debbie! She was incredible every step of the way, from the first call through the closing. We started our home search in January and she spent a lot of time helping us flush out what we wanted in a house and a town. We had a general idea of the area we wanted to look in and Debbie gave us the scoop on each town. One of the towns she suggested ended up being the one we bought in and it’s been perfect. We were moving from NYC to NJ so coming out to see houses was a bit of a trek. Debbie did a great job of letting us know what listings were worth the trip and which ones wouldn’t work for us. She also always gave us confidence that we’d find the right place even when we lost a bunch of bidding wars.
